The 24th Annual Conference, "A Brave New World," will consists of more than 20 educational sessions (click on links for program):
In keeping with tradition, we will have our Networking Reception, Dance Party, CHIA Awards and Closing Ceremony Raffle!
CEUs
Typically, 8-10 continuing education credits (CEUs) are available. The exact number is determined by each accrediting body. See below for the CEUs awarded to each session. The conference mobile app, available prior to the conference, will have session descriptions and presenter bios.
It is not necessary to pre-register for sessions. You must attend a complete session and have your attendee badge scanned in order to receive credit for a session.
Certificates of attendance with CEU verification will be emailed following the conference. Attendees are responsible for submitting their own CEU certificates to the appropriate accrediting body in a timely manner. CHIA cannot replace lost or missing certificates of completion. You must register with your first and last name exactly as you wish them to appear on your certificate of completion; we cannot change your name following the conference.
ATA (Updated 3/12/24) - up to 10 CEPs, category A. Category A is for live events only, not recorded or on-demand events. For category A events that are more than one day, there is a cap of 5 CEP per day, per member for a total of 10 CEPs per event.
