CHIA's 20th Annual Education Conference will take place on March 6-7 at the Crowne Plaza San Diego - Mission Valley, 2270 Hotel Cir N, San Diego, CA 92108. CHIA has negotiated a discounted rate of $129/night for standard rooms. Discounted rates apply until 2/20/20 or until block rooms are full.

Parking
Local attendees and hotel guests will enjoy a DISCOUNTED parking rate of only $4/day.
Check-In/Out
Hotel check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Contact hotel directly to request early check-in or late check-out.

Two restaurants are located on-site.
- Islands Restaurant: serving American fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Family friendly. Wheelchair accessible. Open 6am-11pm.
- Islands Sushi & PuPu Bar: Japanese cuisine & cocktails for lunch and dinner. Wheelchair accessible. Open 11am-midnight.
The Marketplace is available for sundries, toiletries and other conveniences.

- Conference materials must be addressed to "Hotel Banquet Maitre d'" (name not required)
- Each box must be clearly labeled with the conference name (CHIA Conference), event date (March 6-7), the number of boxes in shipment (e.g., 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3), and the name of the representative who will be picking up the shipment.
- Please limit shipment to no more than 15 boxes.
- Please limit box weight to 60 pounds or less.
- Vendor is responsible for hotel storage or labor charges (contact Crowne Plaza for details).
