Attire

Workshops and breakout sessions: Most attendees choose "business casual" for this event. We recommend comfortable shoes for moving from one session to another. Did you know that we have CHIA t-shirts, hoodies and more available? Check out our merch!

Networking reception and dance party: This is a chance to dress up and put on your dancing shoes! Cocktail attire is appropriate.

Please notify CHIA at least 2 weeks prior to the event date to coordinate any accommodations for disabilities: conference@chiaonline.org. Note that the conference venue also should be notified of any necessary accommodations.

Special Meal Considerations

If you have special meal needs, you will be able to indicate them upon conference registration. CHIA will then communicate these needs to the hotel. The hotel is experienced at accommodating vegan, gluten-free, kosher, hilal, allergies, etc.
