The conference mobile app typically goes live one week before the conference and will be the most up-to-date source of information throughout the event.

CEUs and Certificates

A unique session code will be provided to attendees after each session and must be recorded on your personalized log sheet at that time. You are responsible for uploading your completed log sheet to your credentialing body after the conference.

Please do not lose your log sheet. CHIA cannot replace your filled out log sheets or independently verify your attendance at a session once the session ends.

The exact number of CEUs awarded is determined by each accrediting body. The CEUs typically available for each session is listed below.

It is not necessary to pre-register for individual sessions. To receive credit, you must attend each session in full, participate, and record the customized code on your log sheet.

Please register using your first and last name exactly as you would like them to appear on your certificate of attendance. Name changes cannot be made after the conference.

CHIA will provide one certificate of attendance documenting your attendance. Individual sessions will not be listed on the certificate, as your completed log sheet will be used to document the sessions you attended for credentialing purposes.

Please ensure you submit both your completed log sheet and your CHIA certificate to your credentialing body for CEU processing. Certificates will be issued approximately two weeks after the conference.

CEUs for the 2027 conference will be confirmed after the Call for Proposals closes and the accrediting bodies have reviewed and processed CHIA’s applications.
