Cancellation Policy for Registration

Early Bird Saver and Regular Rate

• Deadline: February 19, 2027, 11:59 PM PT
• No refunds—credits only. Cancel by the deadline to receive a credit for future CHIA webinars or virtual events. Credits expire March 1, 2028, and must be used by then. Email president@chiaonline.org to apply your credit. Note: Virtual content availability is not guaranteed, and credits may expire before content is released.

Early Bird Regular Rate

• Deadline: February 19, 2027, at 11:59 PM PT.

• Credit (as above): Cancel by the deadline for a future virtual event credit (expires March 1, 2028). Email president@chiaonline.org. Content availability not guaranteed.
• Refund: Cancel online by the deadline for a refund minus 10% processing fee. Notify conference@chiaonline.org.

Presenters: A discounted rate is available with use of a registration code, which will be provided via email upon selection.

*CEUs (Continuing Education Units)

This year, we are encouraging proposals from related specialties and hope to expand our CEU offerings.

All sessions are typically granted CEUs and capped as follows:

• CCHI: Up to 10.00 CE hours. 8 sessions of Performance-Based CEUs awarded and 25 Continuing Education (CE) units
• ATA: 10 CEPs, Category A
• IMIA/NBCMI: 11 contact hours = 1.1 IMIA/NBCMI CEUs with verified attendance
• RID: For ASL/CDI interpreters, CEUs must be requested via the PINRA process by coordinating with an RID Approved Sponsor.

All sessions are expected to be approved unless otherwise noted in the program once published. 

Payment method:

To support our automated check-in process, we only accept online payments via credit or debit card. Your payment confirmation email will serve as your official receipt.

Certificates:

Please register using your exact first and last name as they should appear on your certificate. Name changes are not possible after registration.
