In the event that you are unable to attend an online or in-person event for which you registered, please follow these steps:
5. Click on "Cancel Registration"... this will generate an account credit.
6. If you wish to request a refund, please refer to the event details for cancelation policy as not all events are eligible for refund. If the event does allow a refund, email email@example.com after cancelling your event registration on the website. Please allow 5 business days to process this request. (It is not necessary to send any receipts, screenshots, or other documentation as we can see the cancellation on our administrative section of the website.)
