Cancelling a registration
In the event that you are unable to attend an online or in-person event for which you registered, please follow these steps:
5. Click on "Cancel Registration"... this will generate an account credit.
6. If you wish to request a refund, please refer to the event details for cancelation policy as not all events are eligible for refund. If the event does allow a refund, email education@chiaonline.org after cancelling your event registration on the website. Please allow 5 business days to process this request. (It is not necessary to send any receipts, screenshots, or other documentation as we can see the cancellation on our administrative section of the website.)
Applying a credit balance
Members can apply a credit or outstanding balance when paying one or more invoices from their member profile.
From the Invoices and payment tab in your member profile, members can select the invoices they want to pay, and the credits they want to apply. Outstanding invoice amounts appear in red, while credit amounts appear in black.
After choosing the appropriate invoices and credits, click the Pay online button if the credit being applied is less than the selected invoice amounts or click the Settle button if the credit being applied equals the selected invoice amounts.
