CEUs: You must register with your first and last name exactly as you wish
them to appear on your certificate of completion.
Confirmation email serves as receipt.
Cancellation Deadline: May 2, 2024
If you wish to receive a refund, it will be processed for registration
amount minus 10% processing fee. Otherwise, you may receive a
credit for the full amount to be used toward future CHIA events.
Registration is not transferrable.
Presenters: Discounted rate applies with use of
registration code (provided via email)
Vendors: After you purchase your vendor selection you will receive an
email with instructions.
Registration to all CHIA events constitutes an agreement to
CHIA's use and distribution of attendee's likeness, video image
