Due to our automated check-in process, we only accept online payments with credit/debit card. Your payment confirmation email serves as receipt.
CEUs:
Each year CHIA submits CEU applications to CCHI, ATA, IMIA and RID. We also seek performance based studies CEU's with CCHI. As approval is provided, we will update CEU information. This year CHIA will provide you a document that you must fill out for CCHI/ATA/IMIA CEUs. At the close of each session, the presenter will provide you with the session code to notate. Do not lose your document as CHIA is unable to replace your document. You must upload the document and CHIA certificate to your account with your credentialing body.
Certificates:
You must register with your first and last name exactly as you wish them to appear on your certificate of attendance. No name changes are possible after registering online. This year you will receive 1 certificate of attendance.
Cancellation Deadline: March 02, 2025 11:59pm PT
If you wish to receive a refund, it will be processed for registration amount minus 10% processing fee. Otherwise, you may receive a credit for the full amount to be used toward future CHIA events.
Registration is not transferrable.
Presenters: Discounted rate applies with use of registration code (provided via email upon selection).
Vendors: After you purchase your vendor selection you will receive an email with instructions.
