The CHIA San Diego Regional Chapter would like to inform you of another great presentation coming up soon! Monday, July 17th, Dr. A. Ari Albala, MD will be presenting Depression and Suicide at Paradise Valley Hospital.
This training is geared toward healthcare interpreters - Depression is a very delicate subject to interpret for and, as we strive to become more and more effective healthcare interpreters, learning about it will enable us bridge the communication more accurately . Attendance is free, although a $10.00 donation is appreciated. CHIA's current members will receive a certificate of participation of 2 tutorial hours. |
