CHIA’s Bay Area Chapter from 10 a.m. to 12 noon Saturday, Sept. 27, will learn about current research on healthcare interpreting from  Tatiana Vizcaíno-Stewart and Marilyn Mochel, the Training Director and Clinical Director at Healthy House in Merced.

The speakers will answer your questions about: the atest research findings in the interpreting field, areas that merit further investigation; and current partnerships ensuing between practicing interpreters, trainers, interpreting scholars and researchers.

The event will be held at the Alway Medical Center Building, M 112 Team Learning Classroom, Stanford University Medical Center, 300 Pasteur Drive at Stanford.
